
New Alternatives for Children, Inc. (NAC) is an award-winning not-for-profit agency dedicated to serving children and families with medical complexities, chronic illnesses, and disabilities throughout the five boroughs. To assist in achieving this mission, NAC is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join its Executive Office Department.
The Administrative Assistant will support the Executive Director and Development Department at New Alternatives for Children. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading children's health and social service not-for-profit where you will gain formative insight into the work, communication, and fundraising efforts of the agency. This position is central in being responsible for coordinating all communication out of the Executive and Development Offices and acting as a liaison between NAC's program departments, outside vendors, funders, and the NAC Board of Directors.

New Alternatives for Children, Inc is a non-profit healthcare and social services agency that works exclusively with children with complex medical conditions and their families. NAC serves children who are living in poverty, have experienced neglect, physical and/or sexual abuse, and who have profound and chronic medical conditions ranging from terminal diagnoses such as Neuroblastoma, to physical disabilities including muscular dystrophy, and rare diagnoses such as Oto Palatio Digital Syndrome.
