The Nevada County District Attorney's Office is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Administrative Analyst to lead the ongoing coordination, expansion, and oversight of the Nevada County Family Justice Center (FJC)—an innovative, multidisciplinary center that transforms how victims of violence access services and support.

The Senior Administrative Analyst will provide strategic leadership for the continued growth, refinement, and day-to-day operations of the FJC. Responsibilities include coordinating program operations, grant and fiscal management, strengthening community partnerships, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and grant requirements, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services for the community. This is a limited-term position funded through grant support.

The Senior Administrative Analyst will:

  • Lead ongoing coordination, expansion, and strategic oversight of the Nevada County Family Justice Center (FJC), including supervision of assigned staff.
  • Strengthen, maintain, and coordinate multidisciplinary partnerships among county departments, law enforcement, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, legal professionals, and other community partners.
  • Refine and manage organizational structures, memoranda of understanding, policies, procedures, and operational protocols to support effective, coordinated service delivery.
  • Ensure the FJC operates in compliance with applicable Penal Code requirements, grant conditions, and protocols.
  • Manage grant funding, fiscal oversight, budget development, reporting, and program sustainability.
  • Enhance and support trauma-informed service delivery models and coordinated case management practices across assigned FJC staff and partner agencies.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts, public awareness initiatives, and community engagement strategies to expand access to FJC services.
  • Monitor program goals and performance outcomes, using data to inform continuous quality improvement and system enhancements.
  • Prepare reports, maintain program documentation, and oversee the effective management of program resources.
  • Represent the FJC at community meetings, collaborative partnerships, public events, and stakeholder engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and evaluating community-based programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse partners and community members.
  • Experience preparing, managing, and monitoring operating budgets and grant-funded programs.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing reports, grant documentation, and program evaluations.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with county leadership, state agencies, advisory boards, community organizations, clients, volunteers, and partner agencies.
  • Flexibility to attend evening or weekend meetings, community events, and respond during emergency situations as needed.
