In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide executive-level support to senior leaders within our organization. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks, demonstrating your expertise by taking ownership of the delivery of specific business processes and programs.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role contributes to supporting Senior Leaders based globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Assisting manager in all business-relevant administration tasks, such as conducting research, compiling, verifying the information, and creating special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
Managing the manager's calendar, scheduling meetings and tracking deadlines. Ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.
Organizing and managing business travel arrangements, providing support in visa application processes, and handling conference registrations.
Arranges and coordinates business-critical internal/external events at office and external venues, contributes to agenda development, oversees guest registration and onboarding, and ensures effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications for the role:
You are highly skilled in calendar management and working in a global business environment
You have at least 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role
Possess an enhanced knowledge of business travel management; experience with Concur is an advantage
You are passionate about organizing business events such as Town Halls, Workshops and team building activities
Degree in business administration, management or related field
You are at ease communicating in Polish and English
