What’s the role?

Due to expanding operations, we are excited for the opportunity to add to our growing team with a Senior Administration Officer to head our national Administration team located in Eagle Farm, QLD.

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Operations, and for other tasks including:

• Overseeing the national administration team, providing support, leadership and guidance.

• Communicate confidently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, technicians, service advisors and management).

• Provide a high level of senior-level administrative support to key leadership stakeholders and administration officers.

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative operations.

• Ensure administrative processes align with company policies and compliance requirements

Is this you?

ADAS is looking for our next Senior Administration Officer to bring a self-motivating, can-do attitude when connecting with customers, team members and suppliers. We’re looking for Technicians that:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or Customer Service (desirable)

• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Administration role (or similar).

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
