Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Admin Executive role located in Karachi at ibex. The individual will assist in various tasks related to the company's general admin operations, Fleet management. incumbent may also possess strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be the face of the company and would be responsible for supervising housekeeping, travel arrangements, incoming and outgoing calls etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft office word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Must possess multi-task handling ability and hands-on with administrative procedures and clerical actions.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Handling of services i.e. Security, Housekeeping, Transportation, Time Office functions etc.
• Handle the public relation activates guest facilitation and residential management.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
• Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
• Full-time, Rotational Shifts
• Ability to commute
