Job Description

It's Prodigy is an innovative startup operating in the field of technological innovation, whose goal is to create new-generation solutions and products for small, medium, and large enterprises
What we do:

• Innovation: We act as consultants and developers of solutions in the context of Industry 4.0 (Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, etc.)
• Technology Consulting: We handle both outsourcing consulting and custom project development
• Marketing: We operate within public administration and corporate sectors, offering services such as digital marketing, social marketing, brand awareness, and other specialized marketing services
• Digital SME: We architect digital solutions for SMEs: e-commerce, mobile apps, logo design, (basic) marketing, idea development, etc.

Tasks

The resource will be responsible for:

• Supporting the team in the registration of sales and purchase invoices
• Assisting in communication with suppliers and clients regarding administrative matters
• Collaborating in the drafting and compilation of contract drafts
• Assisting in the supervision and verification of attendance/hours reports for employees and collaborators
• Supporting the verification and recording of employee expense reports
• Contributing to the management and verification of payments and the status of client and supplier orders, gaining experience in reconciliation and deadline monitoring
• Supporting the management of corporate welfare, particularly regarding Meal Vouchers (Ticket Restaurant)
• Collaborating on office facilities activities, such as searching for, purchasing, shipping, and tracking equipment for employees

Requirements

The person we are looking for possesses:

• Degree in Economics or similar fields
• Good command of Excel
• Precision, good interpersonal skills, proactivity

Benefits

We offer:

• contract with monthly allowance of $500
