Senior Admin Support / Project Information Specialist (Facilities & AV Management) (Non-Exempt for Reef Systems)

This position focuses on higher-level administrative operations, program evaluation, complex data reporting, and advanced technical oversight of the USTDA Business Center and conference spaces.

Core Responsibilities

AV & Digital Content Creation: Create and edit professional audio-visual content, including presentations and video layouts, for high-level delegation events and agency training sessions.
Advanced Event Coordination: Supervise the physical and technical setup of all seven agency conference rooms and the Business Center. Troubleshoot deep-level microphone, monitor, and teleconferencing connectivity failures.
Workflow Optimization: Evaluate administrative program effectiveness, recommend process improvements, and update organizational policies/procedures.
Subcontractor Coordination: Serve as the on-site point of contact to schedule and guide technical repair visits with the audio-visual subcontractor, routing all requirements through the COR.
Information Systems Management: Generate complex program, financial, and statistical reports from agency databases (SharePoint, TDAMIS) for inclusion in the USTDA Annual Report and public website.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: College degree required in Business, Information Management, or related field/certifications.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of administrative management or relevant information systems experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AV content editing, database management, and IT troubleshooting.
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
