Senior Admin Specialist

Key Requirements:
- Preference for Emirati candidates, female, under 30 years old, with English fluency as a must.
- Candidate CVs must include a photo.
- Initial responsibilities include front desk duties and reception work.
- Candidates of other nationalities are acceptable, but their current visa status must be confirmed, and they must be familiar with local employment policies and visa procedures.

Compensation:
- Salary range: up to 15,000 AED.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including document filing, meeting coordination, and office supply procurement.
- Maintain office facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with government-related procedures, such as trade license renewals and Ministry of Labour submissions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and local government or community partners, handling Arabic documentation and communication.
- Support event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with local cultural norms.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher; a degree in Administration, Business, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask efficiently.
