What you'll bring to the role

Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.

Candidates should have substantial experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders, ideally in both individual and group settings. A recognised qualification in counselling/ psychotherapy is essential, along with accreditation (not just registration) with a relevant professional body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, HCPC).
