Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Ad Marketplace Manager with strong skills and proven experience for a full-time engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational management of our marketplace activities (e.g. Amazon, eBay, and other platforms) with a focus on performance marketing in Europe
• Planning, implementation, and optimization of advertising campaigns (e.g. Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
• Continuous analysis and optimization of relevant KPIs (ROAS, ACOS, revenue, visibility)
• Identification of growth opportunities and scaling of successful campaigns
• Close collaboration with internal teams (E-Commerce, Pricing, Content) to improve overall performance
• Management of external agencies and partners
• Support in the further development of the marketplace strategy at an international level

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in marketplace management with a strong focus on advertising (especially Amazon)
• Proven track record in scaling revenue and profitability through marketplace campaigns
• Very good understanding of performance marketing and data-driven optimization
• Confident use of analytics tools and marketplace dashboards
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong hands-on mentality
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Very good English language skills (German is an advantage)
