As the Senior Actuarial Consultant, Pricing Lead, you will collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and lead complex pricing projects to deliver unique solutions, ensuring the profitability of the property and casualty (P&C) lines of business. You will be required to understand the implications of any proposed changes to the various business units, presenting them with recommendations regarding the pace of the changes and assisting with the implementation of pricing solutions. You will be required to possess a broad level of technical expertise that will enable you to influence leadership in developing the team’s strategy and roadmap. You will support coaching and mentoring activities within the team, promoting engagement through the fostering of a positive and respectful working environment.

Expected salary range $104,717 - $154,700+.
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
