We are a fast growing actuarial team focused on non – life consulting solutions to clients in the insurance, reinsurance, and financial sectors. Our team of skilled actuaries collaborates with major insurance companies across Europe, offering insights and strategic guidance in areas such as pricing, reserves, and capital management.

What you can expect

• As a Senior Actuarial Consultant, you will advise leading insurance and reinsurance companies on complex reserving, capital management, and financial reporting topics across the European market.
• Working alongside experienced actuaries, you will contribute to high impact projects covering Solvency II, IFRS, reserving transformation, and model validation.
• You will take ownership of challenging workstreams, translate complex actuarial analyses into actionable recommendations, and support clients in making informed business decisions.
• Beyond project delivery, you will help shape innovative consulting solutions, share your expertise within the team, and contribute to the development of junior colleagues.

What you bring

• Completed actuarial qualification such as FIA, DAV, FCAS or equivalent and at least four years of actuarial experience with a focus on reserving
• Strong knowledge of actuarial reserving techniques including Chain Ladder, Bornhuetter Ferguson and stochastic modelling approaches
• Experience with European insurance regulation and reporting frameworks including Solvency II and IFRS
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly
• Excellent English language skills and willingness to learn German
