We are seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our
team. This role plays a key part in a major strategic initiative focused on
improving actuarial processes, enhancing modeling capabilities, and supporting
data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with senior actuaries to deliver
high-quality analysis, financial projections, and risk assessments, while
helping document and transition current processes to a more modern, scalable
future state.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who combines
strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex insights
clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop
  and maintain actuarial models for financial projections and risk analysis
• 
  Perform
  loss reserving analysis, including loss development and reserve adequacy
• 
  Conduct
  sensitivity and scenario analysis on key assumptions
• 
  Support
  contribution rate analysis and actuarial justifications
• 
  Prepare
  requirements documents capturing , reports, dashboards, and presentations
  for internal and external stakeholders
• 
  Translate
  complex actuarial results into clear, actionable insights
• 
  Maintain
  actuarial datasets, assumptions, and documentation
• 
  Collaborate
  with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and leadership
• 
  Participate
  in peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Requirements

• 
  10+
  years of actuarial experience in P&C, liability, or related fields
  with at least 4 years in Actuarials
• 
  Experience
  in reserving, pricing, or actuarial modeling preferred
• 
  Experience
  in regulated or government environments is an asset
• 
  Exposure
  to long-tail or medical liability lines is a strong plus
• 
  Experience
  with actuarial tools (e.g., ResQ, Arius) preferred
• 
  Knowledge
  of R, Python, or SAS is an asset
• 
  Familiarity
  with Power BI/Tableau and SQL is beneficial
•
