SITEC Consulting is seeking an Acquisition Professional III to support Government Program Managers (GPMs) with acquisition strategy, solicitation development, and source selection activities within a fast-paced DoD/IC environment. This role supports the full acquisition lifecycle, including requirements development, documentation management, solicitation administration, and contract award support.
Advise Government leadership on acquisition, solicitation, and award strategy.
Support development and refinement of acquisition strategies, including drafting documentation, tracking status, and organizing meetings.
Gather and integrate contract requirements from multiple stakeholders and support requirements documentation.
Develop acquisition artifacts including SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, Technical Task Orders, labor categories, and related documents.
Conduct market research and support pre-acquisition activities and IPT coordination.
Administer RFI/RFP activities, including tracking vendor questions, correspondence, and industry day support.
Support source selection activities including proposal review coordination, scoring administration, and documentation management.
Assist with acquisition briefings, strategy meetings, and compliance reviews.
Support interpretation and tailoring of DoD/IC acquisition policies to ensure compliant and effective solutions.
Twelve (12) years of experience in DoD/IC acquisition management, contracting, or contract management.
Bachelor's degree (business or technical focus) required.
DAWIA Level II or additional relevant experience may substitute per contract requirements.
Minimum three (3) years experience writing pre-solicitation documents in accordance with NSA/CSS Policy 8-2 or similar DoD/IC policy.
Experience supporting acquisition strategy development and solicitation processes.
Experience supporting DoD/IC source selection activities.
Strong documentation management and organizational skills.
Experience supporting high-paced acquisition environments and senior leadership
