Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the accounts of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, ledgers, subledgers and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in financial analysis, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company including payout and customer receipt
• Oversee the day-to-day Accounting of the company
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Control on the ledgers and subledger and corresponding transaction
• Collaborate with regional office management to report MIS and financial statement.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts.
• Identify and address potential issues in accounting and Fin ops process
• Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
• Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience of 5-8 years in accounting or finance roles, with 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
