Senior Accounts Executive at ZeroNorth
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and manage the full sales cycle. You’ll be a key driver of revenue, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
This role is a unique opportunity to directly impact our global growth, helping us position our market-leading solutions and onboard new clients who share our vision for a greener maritime industry.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within large, strategic accounts by effectively prospecting and networking.
Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, and manage account activities to ensure a smooth product rollout.
Ensure accurate and evidence-based pipeline management and forecasting.
Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on wins and losses, sharing insights across teams.
Provide professional post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes and sharing customer feedback for product development.
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position ZeroNorth’s offerings.
Your profile:
You are a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the shipping industry and a strong affinity for technology with a proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises, skillfully navigating complex deals and negotiating with executive and C-level stakeholders.
Understanding the dynamics between shipowners, charterers, and technical managers is a key advantage. You are a pragmatic team player, a confident communicator, and a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, and some travel is required for the role.
