Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Review and approve expense accounts and cost center allocations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff in processing financial transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of outgoing payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and verify all accounting entries, including classification and recording of financial data.
• Perform and review reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices by cross-checking with payments, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.
• Support the Accounting & Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems, databases, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting & Finance Manager. 



• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication skills in both Khmer and English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
