Our client is a sizeable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.
Senior Accounting Officer (1 Year Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of accounting function, including AR, AP, GL and account reconciliation
- In charge of accounting data entry, payment processing, vouchers preparation and bank reconciliation
- Work closely with other departments and external clients regarding transaction status
- Handle transactions and prepare reconciliation of transactions and current accounts with property management companies
- Conduct account analysis and prepare month end closing and monthly account balances
- Assist in system enhancement and other/new project
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder with major in Accounting or equivalent
- Semi-Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies is preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in accounting
- Good command in computerized accounting system (preferably JD Edwards) and Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal and strong communications skills
- Detail oriented and responsible
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience can be considered as Accounting Officer
