What role we’re hiring for:

We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Senior Accounting Manager reporting directly to our VP of Finance & Accounting!

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

• Managing the accounting department’s daily operations including the AR and AP functions
• Leading the month-end close process for our multi-entity and multi-national operations
• Working with domestic and international external consultants to facilitate the Company’s various compliance-related activities, including financial statement audits, tax filings, and other regulatory filings as required for all countries we operate within
• Working closely with the Controller, CFO, and others within the organization to produce various ad hoc reporting analyses
• Researching various accounting topics and providing research recommendations to the Controller and CFO as necessary
• Assisting with the Treasury function for the global organization
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of streamlined and efficient accounting policy and procedure

What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with experience in the SAAS/tech industry
• Demonstrated understanding of US GAAP theory and application, bonus if you’re familiar with IFRS!
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting for multi-currency, multi-entity, or multi-national operations
• Familiarity with the COSO internal controls framework to assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of an appropriate internal controls environment
