The position is responsible to prepares assets, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information and provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity, and cash flows.
Maintains spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports.
Maintains reconciliation of key items including inputs and outputs.
Maintains complete movement of the raw material purchases and consumption.
Monitors the consumption of the raw materials and reconciles it with the finished goods movements.
Maintains a complete record of the inputs and overheads to compute the standard cost of the items in the system.
Extract reports from the operating system and reports the results to GMs of relevant areas for analysis.
Coordinates with Stores representatives to provide supporting of Goods / Items received during the period so that the same could be supported the Landed Cost costing sheet of related items.
Prepares & processes Disposal Form for Damaged, Scrapped Inventories and Fixed Assets etc.
Coordinates with Store Managers to timely submit their stock movement report so that the transaction could be verified and recorded in Financial GL on a monthly basis.
Finalize monthly production costing for Finished Goods (Feed, Dairy & Sweet products) based on Raw Material used for production.
Prepares efficiency report for Feed, Dairy & related products (Standard v/s Actual Cost).
Prepares monthly Production Cost & Landed Cost comparison report for (Finished & Raw Materials).
Assists GM in preparation of budget and forecasts.
Reports to Finance Manager & GM's actual results of the division against budget and forecasts.
Prepares various financial analysis as per the requirements of GM & Reporting & Budget Manager.
Knowledge of Prevailing GAAPs
Knowledge of IFRS
Knowledge of Local regulations pertaining to trade finance; customs, etc.
Knowledge of Securities Exchange regulations.
Knowledge of Corporate Governance & related compliance
Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant experience , 2 years GCC experience is plus
