Porsche Inter Auto Polska to sieć salonów samochodowych z wieloletnią tradycją. PIA Polska jest częścią Porsche Holding – właściciela największej w Europie sieci dealerskiej samochodów. W Polsce odpowiadamy za dystrybucję takich marek jak Porsche, Bentley, Audi, Volkswagen (samochody osobowe oraz dostawcze), Lamborghini oraz Škoda. Aktualnie PIA Polska to 7 marek i 33 autoryzowanych salonów w 7 miastach w całej Polsce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Chief Accountant & CFO in leading and coordinating accounting and reporting development projects.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to the preparation of statutory and group financial statements.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards in Excel and other financial systems.
• Act as a liaison with Group headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial data, reports, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, controlling, operations) to gather and validate financial data.
• Identify and implement process improvements in accounting workflows and reporting.
• Support audits (internal and external) by preparing documentation and reconciliations.
• Act as a point of contact for system-related questions and support the implementation of new accounting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Very good knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
• Experience in reporting to Group headquarters for consolidation purposes is a strong advantage.
• Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS will be considered an asset.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) is required; German will be considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience in working with international teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
