Job Location: Oklahoma City Office - Oklahoma City, OK 73102, Job Summary:

The primary responsibilities may include conducting, monitoring and supervising accounting and finance operational processes, end-to-end procedures, standardized practices and internal controls. This role ensures timely completeness and integrity of financial information. These objectives will be achieved by an experienced, self-directed senior accountant who has solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills in the operational scope of this growing private-equity backed oil field services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting functions and prepare reports, accruals and statistics reflecting earnings, and other financial results
• Formulate and administer approved accounting practices throughout the Company to ensure that financial and operating reports accurately reflect the condition of the business and provide reliable information necessary to control operations
• Prepare and record revenue and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Perform and manage monthly closing activities
• Assist in the year-end close, preparing annual financial statements, annual audit, and compiling required audit schedules and reconciliations
• Partner with business line management to support corporate objectives and drive financial and operational targets set forth by upper management.
• Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operations management
• Manages practices and procedures in compliance with GAAP
• Ensure financial results are reported accurately and timely

Qualifications: Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area Minimum 3-5 years' experience in accounting, with track record of growing responsibilities
• Team player who can work/interact with various departments and levels on a daily basis, including senior management.
• Excellent analytic, written, verbal and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage conflicting priorities to deliver a high-quality work product required
• Highly self-motivated individual who is disciplined, detail-oriented, and works well under pressure in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment required
• Extensive knowledge of excel and other Microsoft suite products
• Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment, along with moving between a variety of roles when needed
