This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage their own client portfolio, work directly with the Director, and further develop their advisory and leadership skills in a supportive boutique firm.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries, including:

  • Companies, trusts, partnerships & SMSFs
  • Financial statements & tax compliance
  • BAS, IAS, FBT & management reporting
  • Advisory work focused on improving client performance and business outcomes

This is more than a compliance role — you’ll be encouraged to think commercially, contribute ideas, and become a trusted advisor to clients.

About You

We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership and continue developing their career:

  • 4+ years experience within a public practice accounting firm
  • CA or CPA qualified (or near completion) - highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong proficiency with Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with XPM, FYI Docs and Class Super highly regarded
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Leadership capability or desire to mentor junior staff
