Title: Senior Accountant (Payroll Focus)
Location: Crystal City, VA (hybrid strongly preferred; remote options considered for highly qualified candidates)
Hourly Rate: $40.00-$50.00/hour
Job Type: Contract - 3 months to start, with strong potential for permanent hire
This is a hands-on role responsible for managing payroll for approximately 700 employees across 41 states (excluding NY), with semi-monthly cycles. The position requires strong expertise in Workday Payroll and NetSuite, as well as experience with payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and process improvement.
