Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The CPA Senior Accountant (controller-track) will help ensure the numbers are accurate, defensible, and useful for decision-making. This role requires strong discipline in month-end close, inventory accounting, and true manufacturing costing using BOM and Work Orders (WIP, yields/scrap, variances). This role will work closely with CEO/COO and coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams to validate inputs and improve controls.
Duties and Responsibilities:
➤ Month-End Close and Reporting (2 entities)
➤ Manufacturing Costing (True BOM / Work Orders)
➤ Inventory and Warehouse Controls (Multi-warehouse)
➤ Controls and Process Discipline
➤ Systems Transition (Xero → Odoo)
