We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional to join our finance team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the company's financial reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results while supporting key business decisions.
Working closely with the Controller, Director of Finance, and CFO, you will contribute to monthly and quarterly financial reporting, insurance and reinsurance accounting, regulatory reporting, cash management, and process improvement initiatives. This role is based in Naperville, IL in-office four days per week. We do not accept any unsolicited resumes from external recruiting firms. The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role includes: Base Salary Range: $90,000 - 110,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary bonus program. Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans.
