Location – Denmark (Copenhagen office hybrid)

· Perform VAT reporting for Denmark and Norway

· Be part of continuous improvement initiatives, shaping processes and helping to enhance efficiency across the Finance Shared Service Centre

The team

You will join the MVH Europe Finance Operations team, part of a collaborative Shared Service Centre environment supporting multiple markets. The team works at pace, managing complex accounting processes across countries while ensuring compliance with both local and Group (US GAAP) standards.

You’ll work closely with a diverse network of stakeholders including clinic teams, finance colleagues, and external partners, giving you strong exposure across the organisation. The team is highly analytical, detail-focused, and committed to continuous improvement, using modern systems and tools to deliver high-quality financial reporting and insights

What we’re looking for

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a Shared Service Centre, large organisation, or audit environment

· Strong experience managing general ledger activities and leading month-end/year-end close processes.

· Experience performing balance sheet reconciliations (Blackline)

· Experience supporting statutory financial statements and tax reporting

· Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability and attention to detail; experience with Oracle ERP is advantageous

· Fluent English language skills (essential), with strong Danish and ideally some understanding of Norwegian advantageous.
