We are looking for a Senior Accountant focused on Accounts Payable and Automation who is hands-on, detail-driven, and excited to build strong processes using technology. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who wants ownership, enjoys operating in the details, and understands how Accounts Payable (AP) fits into the broader accounting picture.
You will run day-to-day AP and partner closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate, timely processing and recording of vendor payments. In addition to traditional vendor payments, you will support large and recurring client and seller payouts. This is not a passive oversight role–you will be in the work, applying accounting judgment, strengthening controls and documentation, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and improve scale. This role is best suited for someone with the experience and mindset of a senior accountant who enjoys staying close to the work rather than managing a large team.
The salary range for this role is $84,000 - $121,000 USD. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
