Work Flexibility: Hybrid

About the job:

Drive Korea Finance transformation initiatives in partnership with the Finance Manager, leveraging Power Platform and AI-enabled tools to optimize processes across Accounting, FP&A, and Credit Control, while owning end-to-end Korea P2P operations in collaboration with regional shared services (CG, HKFC) and the APAC CoE. The role aims to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, controls, and scalability while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant P2P execution.

What you will be doing:

Drive and Facilitate Finance Process Transformation

Own the Korea P2P Process

  • Monitor process performance, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvements across the P2P process, including exception management, root-cause analysis, and service quality oversight.
  • Own T&E governance (policy communication, employee training, T&E reporitng, etc.) and purchase VAT reconciliation and quarterly filing in collaboration with the external tax agent.
  • Oversee intercompany payments and monthly cash forecasting to maintain optimal working capital, ensuring compliance with foreign exchange regulations and monitoring IC trade balance aging.
  • Manage NEXT workflow governance and system administration in line with APAC/EA DOA.
