About Galt Pharmaceuticals

Galt Pharmaceuticals is a different kind of pharmaceutical company. We believe there is a better way to bring important medicines to patients—one that prioritizes patient access, local relationships, entrepreneurial ownership, and responsible stewardship of pharmaceutical assets. Our mission is to improve lives by identifying, developing, acquiring, and commercializing valuable pharmaceutical products that address meaningful patient needs while creating opportunities for healthcare entrepreneurs and the communities they serve.

Founded on the belief that innovation should extend beyond the laboratory, Galt has pioneered a unique business model that combines pharmaceutical asset ownership with a nationwide network of independent local healthcare entrepreneurs. Through our proprietary Phranchise model, local business owners build pharmaceutical businesses within their communities, providing education, service, and support to healthcare providers while fostering stronger local healthcare relationships.

Galt manages the traditional pharmaceutical functions—including product acquisition, regulatory affairs, compliance, medical affairs, supply chain management, and commercialization—allowing our Phranchisees to focus on what matters most: supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient access to high-value therapies.

By combining pharmaceutical innovation with entrepreneurial distribution, Galt is redefining how specialty pharmaceutical companies can operate in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. We don't believe bigger is always better. We believe there is a Better Way.
