WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY
As an Associate, Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining and analyzing complex financial records. You will ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported, while identifying and resolving discrepancies independently. You’ll oversee more complex reconciliations, participate in financial analysis and forecasting, and support the month-end close process. You will also provide mentorship to junior accountants, oversee and review their work, and partner cross-functionally with other departments to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and institutional policies.
Serve as a key support to the Manager Controller, overseeing financial trend analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will also be actively involved in adjusting existing workflows to drive greater efficiency. In addition to supporting external audits by preparing and providing workpapers to auditors, you will be assigned projects to oversee.
