The Role

• Lead and coordinate accounting and tax compliance projects, with highest standards of quality and accuracy;
• Report to management and clients, tax declarations, month end reportings and year end obligations;
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders;
• Drive by innovation, identifying processes improvements and implementing best practices across our teams;
• Guide and mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth and responsibilities;
• Actively contribute to the development and growth of our team.
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or similar fields;
• More than 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting;
• Critical thinking, autonomy, and a proactive attitude towards responsibility;
• Fluency in English, other languages are a plus;
• Experience in team management.
