Senior Accountant
This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Enter and maintain business transactions in QuickBooks
• Help balance and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Perform AP, AR, and GL activities
• Bank reconciliations
• Perform daily cash reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation of year-end reports and documentation for Audits
• Statement billing
• Prepare schedules, analyze trends for costs, revenues, and financial commitments
• Perform variance analysis on monthly financial reports
• Prepare daily/weekly bank deposits
• Fixed Asset capitalization, depreciation, and amortization
• Expense accruals and prepaid amortization
• Review and process expense reimbursements
• Adhoc projects and reporting required
Skills/Requirements
• Must possess qualities of attention to detail, organizational skills, quick learner, team- and results-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

Specific services offered include neuropsychological testing, management of psychotropic medications, advanced senior-specific telemedicine, and overall behavioral health. A key element of our service is the careful coordination with nursing home staff through regular behavioral health rounds, which allows us to ensure each patient is getting the collaborative care they need.
