Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and various detailed analyses.

  • Manage and perform monthly financial closings, including reconciliation of accounts.

  • Manage, track and analyze capital investment proposals, Fixed Assets and depreciation schedules

  • Perform month-end reporting duties and prepare/present weekly financial performance.

  • Assist with daily cash management reporting.

  • Assist in Accounts payable & receivables management.

  • Assist with the development of site-level forecasts and budgets.

  • Facilitate customer relations with both external and internal customers.

  • Assist with audits and lead internal control compliance.

  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Special projects as assigned.

Education/Skills/Experience:

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management and a minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing accounting environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.

  • Full understanding of complete accounting cycle in a manufacturing environment required.

  • Oracle ERP Experience Preferred

  • Must be able to work in a flexible, team environment, demonstrate critical decision-making skills and have strong interpersonal and communication abilities; strong work ethic, high energy, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Able to function at a high level in an ambiguous environment, making critical judgments and assumptions while waiting for essential inputs.

  • Able to demonstrate integrity and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
