We have a brand-new opportunity for Senior Accountant. You will play a key role in managing invoices, payments, financial tasks, and vendor communication. Sounds good? Then keep reading!

Your Day to Day responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations, including bank accounts, PayPal, credit cards, petty cash, inventory, accrued, prepaid, fixed assets, and landed cost accounts
• Manage expense tracking and controls, including Navan expenses, American Express follow-ups, and supporting documentation
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including payroll accruals, inventory offsets, and reporting packages for headquarters
• Coordinate tax and audit activities, including sales tax filings, state audits, and providing documentation to internal and external auditors
• Manage intercompany transactions and payments, including reconciliations, bank payment initiation, and approval support

Preferable Background:

• A degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
• Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish, as effective communication in both languages is required for this role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for accurate and efficient financial management.
• Familiarity with Excel as an essential tool in maintaining financial records and generating reports.
