  • Own end-to-end accounting outcomes for the Swiss legal entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Act as the main accounting interface to the Shared Service Center (AP, AR, GL, T&E) and oversee accounting quality
  • Coordinate and control monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in line with Group timelines
  • Review and validate GL postings, accruals, provisions, intercompany reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with Swiss CO, IFRS, and Group accounting policies
  • Serve as the primary counterpart for external auditors and coordinate audits and remediation actions
  • Ensure effective internal controls, compliance with DoA/SoD, and high-quality audit documentation
  • Act as deputy to the Finance Manager Switzerland, supporting leadership, process improvements, and collaboration with Controlling and Group Finance

Qualifications

  • Strong senior-level expertise in statutory accounting, IFRS, and Swiss CO
  • Proven experience owning accounting outcomes within an SSC operating model
  • Hands-on experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and financial reporting
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and signing off statutory financial statements and managing external audits
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, DoA, and SoD principles
  • Experience working in ERP-driven environments (IFS preferred)
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership and accountability
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to work effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
