SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

Would you like to:

• Get deep understanding of fuelend-to-end processfrom accounting/reporting angle and work in one of the biggest fuel retailers worldwide?

• Ensure accurate and timely inventory accounting and reporting for Circle KEnergy Trading SAon monthly, quarterly and year end basis?

• Manage operational issues, profit or loss effects, resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities faced in accounting and reporting area?

• Ensure close dialogue with BU and various stakeholders in Europe?

• Ensure compliance of internal controls in accordance with the Group’s guidelines?

• Participate in improvement projects in fuel accounting /fuel valuation / fuelreporting area?

• Develop and maintain solutions to financial tasks in Microsoft Excel?

In order for you to succeed, you will need:

• University degree in economics or finance field

• Solid Experience (3+ years) in accounting or audit field, preferably within an international environment

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month- end/year end close process

• GoodMicrosoft Excel skillsand general accounting system background (Oracle JDE and Longview will be considered as an advantage)

• Strong analytical and accounting skills

• Ability to work in a changing environment

• Fluency in English

• Experience with applications of IFRSincluding IAS2 and IFRS16
