• Review and finalized forecast, assist in preparation of budget and provide other reports as necessary/required by management and stakeholders.
• Responsible in preparation and communication on a timely manner financial data, analysis and the likes to management and stakeholders that is necessary for decision-making and provides recommendation based on the output reports.
• Controls actual vs budget. Ensures revenue and cost are based on budget and with necessary documentation.
• Assist in company’s business plans.
• Responsible in the completion of the audited financial statement.
• Responsible is corporate finance and group tax reporting requirements.
• Cash flow management of the company.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory agencies, and bank requirements.
• Ensure guidelines, work instructions and policies are updated.
• Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned from time to time from your immediate superior to achieve team and company’s goal.
• Support both internal and external audits

• To achieve 7.5% ROC (Return-on-Cost) year on year results or what is allowable based on transfer pricing benchmark. (ECCL ROHQ)
• At least above 20% of cash requirement month-on-month.
• 99% timeliness and completion of all deliverables.
• 90% achievement on assigned projects.
• To ensure guidelines, policies, and work instruction up to date.
• 100% compliance on different government agencies requirements.
• 100% achieved in statutory filing on time, not limited to audited financial statements
• Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients to understand the business and continuously identify ways to be of service.
• Ensure high-level of confidentiality is always maintained.
• High level of participation and engagement in company activities would be encouraged.

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Commerce - Management Accounting. Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Commerce - Management Accounting. CPA licensure is a plus.
• 5-8 years’ experience in related field.
• Well verse in the Philippines statutory tax computation and filing
• Experience in dealing with audits (both internal and external stakeholders)
• Knowledgeable in using computerize accounting system and MS Office.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into actionable information.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior level business partners.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good analytical skills and able to interpret financial data
• Will be able to create, update and implement guidelines and policies as necessary.
• Clear communication skills with team, clients, and stakeholders with an eye for details.
• People and time management skills.
• Ability to have work/life balance.
• High degree of personal organization with the ability to prioritize.
