WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our P3 team in Poland.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Collection and processing of accounting documents to ensure correct and fast processing.
• Evidence and book-keeping of invoices, bank statements, accruals and provisions, reconciliation of accounts and tax returns in accordance with local GAAP.
• Approval of invoices according to P3 internal procedures.
• Preparation of cash transfers, distributions and payment of Invoices.
• Collection and preparation of accounting documents to be further processed by accountants and tax advisors
• Participation in preparation of monthly and quarterly closing and reporting
• Communication with tax and financial authorities on tax and accounting issues.
• Participation in preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Ensuring correct and timely filing of VAT and CIT returns
• Liaise with Staff from other departments as necessary - providing proactive support and advice on financial issues as needed.
• Ad hoc requests from Corporate Finance.
• Participation in ad-hoc projects related to new systems or process optimizations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• University degree or equivalent qualification in finance and accounting
• Min. 5 years of experience in accounting including excellent knowledge of local GAAP (UOR) and VAT regulations and income Tax, financials statements regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Yardi)
• Strong MS Excel knowledge
• Language skills: Polish fluent& English (very good knowledge)
• Experience with database tools, such as Power BI or Tableau would be advantage
• Experience in real estate sector would be advantage
