Job Description

  • Review Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and shipping documents to ensure accurate matching.

  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices and payment status.

  • Review employee expense reports (reimbursement forms) for accuracy.

  • Verify invoices and match them with POs to prepare payment vouchers and arrange for approval.

  • Perform client financial statement acceptance checks.

  • Monitor payment vouchers to ensure payments are made within due dates.

  • Handle customer invoicing: issue invoices, send to customers, track and record payments, and maintain AR tracking files.

  • Coordinate and support the outsourced accounting team, ensuring proper documentation for bookkeeping.

  • Liaise with the Revenue Department when necessary.

  • Coordinate with project managers, who serve as the main point of contact for payment matters.

  • Prepare and submit monthly tax filings: PND 3, 53, 30, and 36.

  • Prepare and calculate corporate income tax returns (PND 50/51) for group companies.

  • Prepare and review cash flow statements.

  • Update CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and WIP (Work in Progress) reports on a monthly basis.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience:

  • 3–5 years working experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks in a multinational company

Skills and knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Thai Tax

  • Reasonable reading, writing and speaking skills in both English and Thai

  • Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion

  • Attention to details, accuracy, ability to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand assignments

  • Express program and good in Excel
