Due to continued growth, we’re recruiting multiple roles across the team—starting with this Senior Accountant opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

·Ability to attend and participate in client meetings

·Proactively interact with client management to gather information, resolve tax-related problems, and make recommendations for improvements

·Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.

·Assistance in preparation of, but not limited to, budgets, cashflow forecasts, dashboard analytics, due diligence report, business plans and one-page plans.

·Ability to identify advisory opportunities in existing and potential clients

·Ability to research and apply more complex tax and other legislation

·Completion of intermediate to complex Financial Statements and Tax Returns across all entity types

·A real focus on improving client financial position, structures, and tax minimization strategies.

At PT we truly believe that team members get out, what they put in.

What you'll need to succeed:

·3-5 years of post-degree experience within the professional services industry

·CPA or CA qualified or currently working towards one of them

·Ability to quickly adapt to new software (experience using Xero, MYOB and Reckon would be
an advantage

·High level knowledge and understanding of Taxation Legislation

·Exceptional time management and communication skills
