Position: Senior Accountant

Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who is adaptable, self-driven, and thrives working independently in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role will be instrumental in managing month-end close processes, cleaning up and maintaining accurate books, performing financial analysis, and ensuring journal entries are complete and correct. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of multiple entities within a dynamic and growing business.
Own and manage the month-end close process across multiple entities
Clean up and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring integrity across accounts
Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and compliance
Perform financial analysis to provide insights for leadership decision-making
Reconcile accounts and manage intercompany transactions
Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting processes and efficiencies
Utilize QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Excel to manage and analyze financial data
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management as needed
Support ad hoc projects as the company grows and evolves
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.), and Google Drive
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a creative industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Experience with multi-entity accounting highly preferred
