Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our company. Your responsibilities will include general accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and reconcile bank accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Track project costs and revenue to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
