Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct credit investigations and review pertinent documentation.
  • Make and maintain direct contact with vendors, manufacturers and lessees.
  • Perform daily computer entry of lease documentation.
  • Responsible for billing, processing and lease setup.
  • Type correspondence related to all transactions.
  • Answer the phone. Answer frequent messages and returning calls to vendors and lessees'.
  • Calculate buyouts and upgrades.
  • Respond to vendors and lessees' questions and concerns.
  • Process purchase orders to vendors, if needed.
  • Create and send letters needed for booking.
  • Prepare lease documents for presentation to lessees. Follow-up for executed documents.
  • Screen customers and vendors against OFAC and other government lists.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good math skills. Ability to compute lease rates and calculate percentages.
  • Working knowledge of PC/Windows environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs helpful. Able to learn new and customized computer programs.

Required Experience:

  • Two year college degree and a minimum of two years' customer service or related experience.
  • Four year college degree preferred.
