About the role

As a Senior Account Manager at SEEK, you'll be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment where you can make a real difference. You'll work on complex challenges that have a direct impact on people's lives, helping us evolve our business and reach new heights.

This role requires you to manage a well-established portfolio, ensuring relationships, revenue retention and product growth remain strong with our clients. Equally important in this role is your ability to develop new relationships, lift revenue and drive product adoption in clients that have a “transactional” relationship with SEEK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth Manage key healthcare accounts by delivering tailored portfolio and relationship plans that align with SEEK’s strategic goals.
  • Industry Expertise Develop deep insights into the healthcare sector’s recruitment challenges and share market intelligence to shape SEEK’s offerings.
  • Client Engagement Strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across NSW's public, private, aged care, and disability sectors.
  • Sales & Revenue Leadership Lead contract negotiations and drive revenue growth by positioning SEEK as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Product Adoption & Performance Champion SEEK’s product suite, ensuring effective implementation and performance across client portfolios.
  • Collaborative Innovation Partner with internal teams to deliver training, thought leadership events, and proactive client engagement initiatives.

The Team

The Healthcare Team managers SEEK’s National Health & Social Care clients within the Public Health, Private Health, Aged Care and Disability Care segments of the broader Healthcare Employment Marketplace. The Healthcare team works collaboratively with Government, Corporate, CSM, CS, Marketing & GTM Teams.

Qualifications

It is essential that you have an understanding of SEEK’s product suite, have a detailed understanding of the recruitment function and have a proactive mindset that will allow you to pick up this portfolio quickly.

About You

  • Proven track record of success in new business acquisition in a competitive environment, using a solution-based sales methodology.
  • Exceptional account management skills, with demonstrated success in growing revenue across an existing portfolio of customers.
  • Detailed understanding of online recruitment landscape in Australia and international markets – including Competitors and Recruitment Management Systems
  • Solid understanding of the talent acquisition process in Australia
  • Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity and demonstrate resilience and perseverance.
  • Ability to develop and maintain deep and meaningful stakeholder relationships, at both junior and senior levels.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with sourcing and interpreting complex data and using it to shape recommendations.
