For more than 40 years, Oxford Global Resources has helped organizations solve complex business and technical challenges by connecting them with specialized expertise. We work across industries including technology, life sciences, engineering, and healthcare, providing services that range from individual staffing support to co-managed projects and fully managed programs.

What We’re Looking For

Oxford is looking for an Account Executive to grow our Government Services business. You will build and expand relationships with government-focused clients, identify staffing and consulting opportunities that drive revenue, and position Oxford as a trusted partner for technical solutions in the government sector. This role does not supervise others and reports to the Director, Business Development. This role is onsite Monday thru Thursday in our D.C. office.

Day to day, you will work closely with our DSA and CS teams to connect client needs with the right talent, and you will serve as a strategic advisor by sharing market trends, rate data, and skill demand. We are looking for someone with experience in business development, government contracting, or IT staffing services, and a working understanding of how government work is staffed through prime contractors.

  • Educate clients on market trends, rate data, and skill demand to build trust and position Oxford as a strategic advisor.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, document key client activity, and monitor consultant usage trends and project timelines.
  • Facilitate contract terms, start dates, and billing arrangements for each consultant placement.
