Job Description

At Uber, we don’t just move people; we move the world. As a Senior Account Manager within our Enterprise team in Poland, you are the face of Uber Eats to our most significant marketplace partners. This isn't about maintaining a static portfolio or following a generic playbook—it's about navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script.

You will own the growth and success of a massive enterprise portfolio, shifting the conversation from everyday operations to true marketplace monetization. This role is for a resilient, resourceful sales hunter who can confidently pitch retail media, map out high-stakes promotional campaigns, and translate raw data into a clear story of business growth. If you’re energized by the messy reality of doing big things and have the grit to close deals through genuine relationship-building, this is where you’ll grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Marketplace Monetization: Actively pitch, sell, and expand the footprint of advertising products (Ads) and promotional strategies (Offers) across your enterprise portfolio to accelerate partner growth.
  • Speak the Language of Benefits: Use data and advanced Excel modeling to build a clear financial story, showing partners exactly how much revenue they will unlock by investing in Uber's platform tools.
  • Build High-Impact Partnerships: Navigate complex client relationships to earn trust fast with C-level executives, moving beyond transactional accounts to become an indispensable strategic advisor.
  • Master the Sales Lifecycle: Manage your pipeline with urgency and discipline, adapting your approach based on fast-moving market dynamics, client needs, and imperfect information.
  • Resolve Objections with Grit: Confidently lead tough commercial negotiations, stay resilient through the inevitable "no," and overcome client pushback by creating mutual, scalable value.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations, marketing, product, and legal teams to shape complex proposals, resolve partner blockers, and deliver marketplace solutions that scale.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in e-commerce, retail media, food-delivery marketplaces, or high-growth B2B sales environments.
  • Proven track record in active selling and account growth, specifically driving revenue through digital advertising, marketing solutions, or promotional campaigns.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in commercial data analysis, including advanced Excel skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn metrics into persuasive sales narratives.

Our Hybrid Work Approach: Offices remain key to collaboration and Uber’s culture. Employees must spend at least Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Centricity: Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, with an innate ability to adjust your style to connect with and influence C-level stakeholder
  • Market & Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the Polish food-delivery or retail ecosystem, marketplace dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Perseverance & Creativity: A "go-get-it" attitude with a track record of crafting creative deal structures and staying resilient through long, complex negotiation cycles.

Ready to Ride?

This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.

You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.

Offices remain key to collaboration and Uber's culture. Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office. Some roles, like those at greenlight hubs, require full-time in-office presence. Ask your Recruiter for details about this role's requirements.

About Uber

We are Uber. The go-getters. The kind of people who are relentless about our mission to help people go anywhere and get anything and earn their way. Movement is what we power. It’s our lifeblood. It runs through our veins. It’s what gets us out of bed each morning. It pushes us to constantly reimagine how we can move better. For you. For all the places you want to go. For all the things you want to get. For all the ways you want to earn. Across the entire world. In real time. At the incredible speed of now.

The idea for Uber was born on a snowy night in Paris in 2008, and ever since then our DNA of reimagination and reinvention carries on. We’ve grown into a global platform powering flexible earnings and the movement of people and things in ever expanding ways. We’ve gone from connecting rides on 4 wheels to 2 wheels to 18-wheel freight deliveries. From takeout meals to daily essentials to prescription drugs to just about anything you need at any time and earning your way. From drivers with background checks to real-time verification, safety is a top priority every single day. At Uber, the pursuit of reimagination is never finished, never stops, and is always just beginning.
