Position: Senior Account Manager - Drinks and Experiential
Employment: Full Time | 42.5 hours per week | Hybrid (1 Day Remote)
Location: Creation Group, 68 Hanbury St, London E1 5JL
This is not your standard Senior Account Manager role, and we are not your standard agency.
We’re a fast-moving, fun-loving production & experiential agency that partners with some of the most exciting brands in the world. Our clients don’t come to us for just one or two hero campaigns a year, they rely on us year-round to deliver hundreds of projects, big and small, sometimes 30 at once!
We are their go-to fixers. Problem-solvers. Hustlers. Creative brains and operational machines.
We’re looking for a doer, someone with an entrepreneurial spark, an obsessive attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in beautiful chaos. Someone who can pick up a phone, book a venue, charm a supplier, design a wrap, and make sure that bar gets to Berlin by next week, without breaking a sweat (or at least not showing it).
If you’ve ever managed a nightclub or smashed targets in on-trade sales, and you’re itching for a role where no two days are the same, keep reading. We can teach agency processes. We can’t teach years of on trade knowledge, industry relationships and genuine understanding of how brands win in bars, clubs and festivals.
The Senior Account Manager (Drinks and Experiential) is responsible for supporting the Account Director with the day-to-day running of the account as well as end-to-end delivery of projects, combining high-level account oversight with precise logistical and production management.
An experienced producer and Account Manager with strong strategic, commercial and creative instincts and proven project delivery capability. You understand how to bridge the gap between concept and execution, turning big ideas into real-world experiences. You are organised, pragmatic and unflappable under pressure, and you know how to bring people and ideas together to deliver outstanding results.
This role requires flexibility. You will be expected to travel and be present on-site for live builds, events, de-rigs, and client briefings, including evenings and weekends where necessary.
Creation Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we’re committed to diversity and inclusion. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, citizenship, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or any other legally protected status.

Servicing brands, agencies and events by bridging the gap between a creative agency and a multifaceted technical production supplier.
