Reporting to the Area Director of Sales, you will lead the charge in driving growth across the Baltics - winning new business, strengthening key partnerships, and unlocking commercial opportunities from our base in Riga.

A key part of this role will also be representing the Baltic region across international trade shows, fairs, roadshows, workshops, and industry events - actively promoting our hotels and destinations, building strategic relationships, and driving business into the region from international markets.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager Baltics to join our dynamic sales team, taking ownership of a portfolio of key clients while expanding our presence across the region.

In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to both clients and hotels - blending strategic insight with hands-on execution to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver strong results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of key accounts - growing partnerships, identifying opportunities, and maximizing total revenue potential
  • Act as an ambassador and represent Baltic region across international trade shows, fairs, roadshows, workshops, client meetings and industry events - proactively generating business opportunities and driving revenue from international markets into the Baltics
  • Drive profitable revenue growth and market share across the Baltic region
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with hotel and regional priorities
  • Manage both inbound and outbound business opportunities, across all segments
  • Act as a consultative sales expert, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Build strong collaboration with hotel teams, revenue management, and wider commercial teams
  • Lead RFP processes, negotiations, and contract management end-to-end
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools to track performance, analyze trends, and optimize results
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within hospitality
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing client portfolios
  • A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into results
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and sales tools
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a “Yes I Can!” attitude
  • Good command of English
