Job Description

The Senior Account Manager will have broad accountability to drive the success of assigned Advanced Nuclear (AN) deals focused on Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) . This role will be directly responsible for opportunity development through order closure with assigned strategic customers. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support t he design and deploy ment of s cala ble a nd repeatable pr ocesses to la unch AN custom er oppor tuniti es global ly
  • Work closely with custom ers to identify n eeds a nd potential soluti ons Br ing toget her GE Ver nova Hita chi Nuclear Energy (GVH) and GE Vernova resources as needed to serve custom er
  • C ulti vate custom er relati onships at a ll l evels of t he custom er orga nizati on D evelop par tner relati onships where needed to put toget her total project soluti ons I dentify and resolve i ssues as needed
  • Be responsible for obtai ning orders a nd sa les by drivi ng and i mplem enti ng sal es st rat egy for a ssigned mar ket scustom ers
  • C ont ribute to def ining a nd im plem enti ng mar keti ng a nd comme rcial st rategies to i ncrease orders v olum e, scope a nd m aximi ze prof ita bility

Required Qualifications

  • B achelor's degree f rom an ac credited univ ersity or college
  • M inim um 5 years of exper ience in a Sal es or Mar keti ng positi on
  • M inim um 5 years of exper ience in nuclear indust ry or a dja cent indust ry

  • Ability a nd willingness to t ravel to custom er fa ciliti es up to 50% of t he t ime dom estic t ravel
  • The prefer red work l ocati on is t he hea dqua rters in Wilmi ngton, NC but, h ighly qual if ied rem ote US ba sed candidat es will be consider ed

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
